MY HOMEBUILDER GAVE US A LIST OF ITEMS THAT WE ARE REQUIRED TO HANDLE… WHAT DO WE DO?

Yes many homebuilders do this to save you money.  That is exactly what we do!  We take that load off you and your family and manage all of these items for you.

WE’RE TOLD THAT EXTERIOR CONCRETE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR HOME… DO YOU HANDLE THIS?

Yes we can.

We have established relationships and pre-negotiated pricing with Northwest concrete flatwork finishers and concrete suppliers.  We pass this wholesale contractor pricing on to you saving you money.  Plus we’ll meet you on-site to measure and establish where you want sidewalks, driveway, and porches installed.  Then we’ll schedule and manage the process to make sure you have a great looking product.  We essentially have three management packages.  Find the one that fits your needs.

I DON’T HAVE A CLUE HOW TO START THE PROCESS… HELP!

Simply give us a call and we’ll guide you through the start process.  Also, speak with your homebuilder sales consultant to get a better understanding of your home build timeline and how their process works.

IS IT TRUE THAT SOME HOME BUILDERS DON’T INCLUDE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PAINT?

Yes this is true.

Many homebuilders have removed this from their process so they can lower their prices and save you money with the assumption you’ll earn sweat equity along the way.  If you select one of our management packages that include managing the painting process, you’ll receive wholesale contractor pricing along with us managing everything from start to finish.

I HEARD GETTING BUILDING PERMITS CAN BE A NIGHTMARE

Yes this is absolutely true.

While some jurisdictions are tougher than others, all of them have a long list of requirements that are sometimes hard to understand.  The building permit submittal process is also completely different with each building department.

We have years of experience with almost all building departments in Western Washington.  We can streamline and manage this process saving you lots of time and headaches.
